Questions people actually ask
- What is missing from the free scan?
- Checks that go beyond what your visitors already see: forgotten sites on your domain, open cloud storage, lookalike domains, files your server should not be handing out. We say which ones did not run. What we never do is run a check, find something, and make you pay to read it. Everything the free scan looks at, it shows you in full.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your own account page, in the same two clicks it took to start. You keep the plan until the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not ask you to email anybody.
- Do you fix things for me?
- No. We tell you what to do, write the exact configuration, and give you a message to send whoever looks after your site. Then we re-check and tell you whether it worked.
- Will this break my website?
- No. We only read. We never send anything designed to break a site, and on an address you have not verified we only make requests a browser already makes.
- What if I disagree with a number?
- Open the maths behind it and change the inputs. If your real visitor numbers are different, every figure recalculates. The method page publishes every assumption we start from.
- What happens to my sites if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. You drop to the free plan, which watches one site a week, and the rest stop being checked until you come back. Your history stays where it is.
